Privacy
Jobs-specific privacy addendum. The umbrella policy lives at campushub.app/privacy. Short version: we never collect CNIC, and applications delete after 12 months.
What we collect
Email, display name, and (optionally) profile photo from your sign-in provider. For recruiters: company name, website, description, and logo. For applications: your cover note and answers to the recruiter's screening questions.
What we never collect
CNIC, passport number, bank details, or any government ID. We do not run background checks and we do not sell data to third-party recruiters.
Who sees your application
Only the recruiter who owns the listing and the admin team (for takedowns and abuse review). Applications are not shown on public pages.
Retention
Applications are retained for 12 months, then permanently deleted. Auto-closed 'no response' applications count from the day the recruiter last acted. You can delete your account and all applications on request.
